Abstract: In Medical science the Data mining techniques plays a major role for clinical prediction. Now-a-days the data available in the field of medical sciences is easily accessible. Due to huge amount of data present in this field the prediction of diseases and the health care became difficult. By using the techniques of Data mining many of the systems are developed and the analysis of disease becomes easier. The data mining is used to get the right choice for the treatment of the patients. The datasets are collected form the medical data base to extract the patterns hidden. The techniques such as clustering and classification are used in medical diagnosis. The old data are collected from the data base and result of future can be predicted. Some of the machine learning processes is used in identifying the symptoms. Especially the undertaking is to get informationby the methods for programmed or self-loader. The different parameters encased in information preparing incorporate grouping, anticipating, way examination and prescient investigation.

Abstract: Deep neural networks have gained immense popularity in the recent years by achieving very good results in medical analysis. This work aims at finding the stages of Oral squamous cell carcinoma using the Pre-trained convolution neural network models like Alexnet, Googlenet and Resnet50. Every pathologist while evaluating the photomicrograph finds it difficult in analyzing the stages of oral squamous cell carcinoma into poorly differentiated, moderately differentiated and well differentiated. To overcome, this deep convolution neural network model has been implemented. In the proposed work, Deep learning needs huge amount of data to achieve good performance so image augmentation has been implemented to boost the performance in deep networks. Later segmentation has been implemented and it is given to the Pre-trained convolutional neural networks which gives the satisfactory result of above80 %.GoogleNet gives the highest results than Alexnet and Resnet50.

Abstract: During 6-12 months the volume of breastfeeding is still large with protection and antibodies, even after 6 months. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the practice of breastfeeding for 6-11 months infants in the group of breastfeeding mothers who received moringa oleifera and IFA interventions. Methods: The design of this study was an experiment followed by a cohort study by taking samples of infants aged 6 to 11 months. The research location was in Jeneponto Regency and was carried out in 2018. The subjects of the study were pregnant women (205) who were grouped into two groups: the group that received Moringa leaf extract (MLE, n = 94) and the group that received iron/folate (IFA, n = 111). Data were analyzed using Chi-square. Results: based on the results of the study showed that infants in the two intervention groups (MLE and IFA) from the age of 6-11 months still giving ASI with>80% presentation but as age increases the percentage of breastfeeding begins to decline, based on the chisquare test there is no difference in breastfeeding the three intervention groups in each month with p-value> 0.05. Conclution: based on the results of the study showed that there was no difference in breastfeeding for infants 6-11 months in the three intervention groups and a higher percentage of IFA compared to the MLE group. It is recommended that further studies provide education regarding the importance of continuing breastfeeding in infants 6-11months.

Abstract: Modern medical advances allow us to expand a range of combined surgical interventions. The literature to this day does not cover issues regarding the implementation of typical options for combined operations with deformities of the nasal septum, structures of the lateral wall of the cavity, nose, pathological processes in the hole of the paranasal sinuses; with perforated odontogenic maxillary sinusitis; racemose, sprains of the paranasal sinuses, combined with damage to the orbit. Since during combined operations the mucous membrane in various parts of the nasal cavity is injured to one degree or another, the problem of prevention and treatment of postoperative traumatic rhinitis is extremely important.

Abstract: Peptic ulcer is a chronic recurring polyetiological disease that occurs as a result of the interaction of exogenous and endogenous factors: a hereditary predisposition from 5.5 to 50%, the type of nervous system, endocrine systems, psychoemotional features, metabolic characteristics, biochemical reactions, immune status, cytokine profile and environmental factors, resulting in a violation between the factors of “aggression” and “protection” of the mucous membrane of the gastroduodenal zone. In the etiology of peptic ulcer, a certain role is played by hereditary burden. Therefore, when studying the nature of the hereditary predisposition to peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, an important area is the identification of genetic markers.
